Kara was incredible to work with! She was so kind and patient, and never judgmental. I had issues breastfeeding from the get-go and was unsure if I should push through or wean off and switch to formula. She helped me through my nursing challenges (with her help I continued for a few more months) but also reminded me that a fed baby is a happy baby. She made it less stressful by telling me that I am doing the best thing for my baby if I am taking care of myself as well, so that I’m there for my baby in the best way possible. She helped me through 2 rounds of mastitis, thrush, nursing while having Covid, and so much more. She came to my house after hours and stayed for hours, while she was pregnant herself! When I went on vacation and was weaning off of breastfeeding/pumping, she was communicating with me nonstop to make sure I was okay and all was going well. I am so grateful for the support I got from her in those first few postpartum months. She is truly amazing.
