We know that insurance can be confusing, so we've outlined our current insurance participation below to help you understand your coverage before scheduling.

• UnitedHealthcare (UHC): We are in-network with most UnitedHealthcare plans.

​

• Cigna: We are affiliated with Wildflower Health for eligible Cigna plans. 

​

• Aetna: We are currently out-of-network with Aetna. If your Aetna plan does not include out-of-network benefits, payment will be due at the time of your visit at our self-pay rate. A detailed superbill will be provided should you wish to submit a claim to your insurance; however, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.​

We currently do not participate with Medicaid insurance plans.

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, payment is due at the time of service. A detailed superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

 

Because every insurance plan is different, we encourage you to contact your insurance carrier before scheduling your appointment to verify your benefits.

Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.
